Shipping and Returns Policy


1. We are Sydney based but deliver Australia wide.

2. The flat rate delivery fee in Sydney metropolitan area is $9.99. In all other parts of Australia the fee is $15

3. Orders take 2-3 business days to process then 3-4 business days to deliver outside of Sydney – or 1-2 business days to deliver within Sydney.

4. If there are any circumstances (lack of drivers/delayed stock arrival) where your delivery falls outside these parameters, we will inform you via the email address you provided with your purchase.

Returns / Refunds

Please note that we do not accept returns or refunds of our products except under the following conditions;

1. Your purchase has arrived in damaged or affected condition different from what you ordered.

2. We have delivered the incorrect product/s to you.

3. A product/s you ordered is out of stock and you will ne notified by email if you would like an exchange, refund or to wait for the product to arrive.


1. Return product/s by mail address to: 18/90-92 Riverview Road, Earlwood NSW 2206. It is the customer’s responsibility to get the return label.
2. Customer is given a return window of 14 days from the delivery date.
3. This applies to products that are new (unopened or never been used) and used (lightly used or opened).
4. No restocking fee.


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
